Questions Cleaners Often Ask Before Applying
Do I have to pay to apply?
No. Applying is free. If you’re accepted into certification, we’ll tell you up front if anything optional has a cost (e.g., equipment you choose to buy). There are no application fees.
What happens after I apply?
We run a quick fit check first. If you pass, you’ll be invited to complete certification (training + checklist). Once certified and activated, you become eligible for work allocation based on your area and availability.
Is my information shared publicly?
No. Your details are never posted publicly. We use your information only for onboarding, certification, and work allocation within the Spruce network.
Do you guarantee work?
We don’t guarantee a minimum number of jobs. Work depends on demand in your area, your availability, and performance. What we do guarantee is a clear process: get certified, stay active, and you’ll be eligible for allocated work when it’s available.
Who can apply?
